Who Can Join The Credit Union's field of membership is limited to continuing salaried employees of Howard University, Howard University Hospital and retirees of HU or HUH. Family members* are also eligible** to join. Additionally, credit union membership is for life. Once a member always a member — whether you leave
your current employer, retire, or move away. To join, simply open a share account with
a minimum of $51. $50 is the minimum deposit to the share account and the $1 is a one time processing fee. After
your account is open, you can take advantage of any other services that the Credit Union offers. If you would
like to open an account, simply stop by and complete the new member form. |
